Brand Strategy | Multi-Brand Integration | Event Identity
The Challenge
Three brands, two acquisitions and a programme of premium executive events presented a simple challenge: create a unified experience that felt both exclusive and effortless.

The Approach
I created the look and feel of the event identity connecting DWS, Giacom and Union Street, from Williams Racing hospitality to private dinners at The Ned. Senior designers in my team executed it alongside the web designer, and I stayed hands-on across a number of pieces myself. Marketing carried the copy structure and tone of voice I set across invitations, email, landing pages, digital itineraries and executive outreach, giving the programme a clear, recognisable presence while letting each event keep its own character.

The Outcome
Around five executive events ran each year, every one at capacity. More importantly, they gave top partners direct access to the CEO, execs and senior leadership team, building the kind of personal relationships that reduce churn and hold accounts together long after the room empties. Every event led to a follow-on request for one of the practice teams to come and train partner staff on a new opportunity, turning a relationship-building event into a direct commercial pipeline.
The value wasn't getting people through the door. It was creating a room where the right conversations could happen on their own.
